Holistic Homebirth Package Choosing homebirth is about more than where you give birth—it's about feeling safe, supported, respected, and cared for throughout your entire journey into parenthood. This includes antenatal appointments 1-2 hours each, on-call for birth, attending your birth at home, postnatal appointments 1-3 hrs each. My Holistic Homebirth Package provides personalised continuity of care from early pregnancy through birth and the first six weeks after your baby is born. As your dedicated privately practising midwife, I work alongside you to build a trusting relationship, ensuring your care is tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and circumstances. Your package includes: Comprehensive antenatal care in the comfort of your home. Pregnancy education, birth preparation, and informed decision-making support. Nutritional and lifestyle guidance to optimise your health during pregnancy. Screening, referrals, pathology requests, ultrasound referrals, and prescribing within my scope of practice. Collaboration with your GP, local maternity services, and other healthcare providers when required. 24/7 on-call support from 37 weeks of pregnancy until your baby is born. Attendance at your planned homebirth by two experienced registered midwives. Birth pool guidance and support for waterbirth if desired. Immediate newborn assessment and care following birth. Support with skin-to-skin contact, breastfeeding, and the early hours of parenting. Regular postnatal home visits for both mother and baby until six weeks after birth. Ongoing emotional support, education, and referrals whenever needed. My philosophy is centred on providing evidence-based, holistic, and family-focused care that honours the natural physiology of pregnancy and birth while maintaining the highest standards of safety. I work in partnership with you, respecting your choices and empowering you with knowledge so you can approach birth with confidence. Homebirth is suitable for women experiencing a healthy, low-risk pregnancy. Throughout your care, we continually assess your wellbeing and your baby's health, following the Australian College of Midwives' consultation and referral guidelines to ensure you receive the most appropriate care if circumstances change. Every family deserves compassionate, respectful, and individualised maternity care.
